Tasting Notes -
Moorilla Estate 2005 Riesling
The Estate Riesling is hand picked from mature, un-irrigated vines. It is a highly aromatic displaying intense floral, citrus, and guava on the nose. The explosion of flavour in the mouth is backed by perfectly balanced acid, one of the hallmarks of the season. This wine has length and structure indicating excellent ageing potential of at least 7- 10 years.

This wine goes particularly
well with cold smoked
Tasmanian ocean trout.
